This building is a two-story structure designed to complement the nearby buildings in the town center. The large apparatus building is made to appear smaller by lower-scale wings, containing offices and storage spaces, and exterior dormers that also light the interior spaces. The building accommodates a growing community that will employ more professional fighters in the future. The project won an Honor Award from the Associated General Contractors.
