This 102,000 SF mixed use office and retail building is located in the heart of Harvard Square next to the Brattle Theater in Cambridge, MA. The building houses 42,000 SF of retail space on the first two floors; the upper four floors of the building contain 60,000 SF of office space. Constructed over an existing MBTA bus ramp, the building also contains underground parking for 52 cars on two levels. A significant feature of the design is the extension of the network of pedestrian pathways that vitalize the street life of Harvard Square.
