Located in an architecturally sensitive area of the Newport waterfront and immediately next to Historic Hill, this 3-acre mixed-use commercial development combines restored 18th and 19th century buildings with new infill buildings.
The Bowen's Wharf development, for which Donham & Sweeney completed the Master Plan, features a mix of retail shops, restaurants, offices, and apartments. Donham & Sweeney also designed the project's exterior lighting, signs, and landscaping.
