Over a three-year period, Donham & Sweeney restored and renovated the seven original Houses along the Charles River: Kirkland, Eliot, Winthrop, Leverett, Lowell, Dunster, and Adams. The work was completed on an accelerated schedule during the summer months so as not to disrupt the academic year. In addition to the restoration, a new central kitchen servery building was constructed to link Eliot and Kirkland, two of the more elegant Houses. | |
