The Trustees of the Waring School in Beverly, MA, hired Donham & Sweeney to design a master plan to prepare for physical changes recommended in its academic master plan. The architectural master plan included a new site plan, which explored expansion potential and new building locations and delineated new traffic and planting areas. The master plan detailed the sequential phasing of needed new construction and the consequent reuse of existing buildings until the requirements of the academic master plan were satisfied. | |
