This 120 year old church is located in Boston between the Back Bay and the South End and contains 33,000 SF and seats 700 people. The scope of work includes complete exterior restoration, building a new welcoming entrance structure, replacement of the lower church with classrooms, a meeting room, a fellowship hall, a large kitchen, and a coffee shop with gift/book store, restoration and liturgical modifications to the magnificent upper church, and complete renovations to the rectory and office wing. Construction is expected to be complete by Christmas 2010.
