Westport’s new HQ building is on schedule to have completed its construction in the summer of 2010. It has been designed to fit into the architectural context of coastal southern Massachusetts by having pitched roofs, silver-gray cedar shingles with white trim on the walls, and massing intended to look like an aggregation of rural barns and sheds. It contains 20,000 SF of floor area and has 4 apparatus bays.
