Located in Marblehead, MA, this project involved adding 3,500 SF of new space that includes classrooms, offices and a parish hall. We also renovated 3,000 SF of existing space into bigger classrooms, better offices, and larger code- compliant and accessible bathrooms; the entire building is now accessible. Additionally, we converted the existing steam and electric heating system into a new hydronic system.
